Dr. Stephanie Chu went on to complete three years of postgraduate training in Periodontics and Implantology through the joint program between New York University and the Manhattan Veterans Affairs Hospital, where she served as chief resident. During her residency, she received the Dennis P. Tarnow Award for clinical excellence.
A Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology, Dr. Chu remains engaged in academia. She has published numerous articles in clinical research and serves as an adjunct clinical professor in the Postgraduate Periodontics Department at the Manhattan Veterans Affairs Hospital.
Outside the practice, she enjoys playing electric guitar, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Dr. Chu is currently welcoming patients at 133 E. 58th St., Suite 311A, as a satellite office until the anticipated opening of 501 Madison Ave. in December 2026, where she will be joining her father, Dr. Stephen J. Chu. She looks forward to welcoming you to the new office
